Ski holiday in Austria

From gentle slopes to snow-assured glacier ski areas

You get to choose during your ski holiday! However the mood takes you, your ability level, the weather, you can choose from attractive ski areas. Beginners will be delighted with the small, yet wonderful practice lift right in Fusch on the Grossglocknerstraße. Experts and those at an advanced level will enjoy the various ski areas nearby. For instance it is just a few minutes' drive to Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See or the glacier ski area in Kaprun. These two ski areas are also served by a free ski bus. Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is easily and speedily accessible. The range of ski areas is quite simply beyond limit and – thanks to the glacier – open almost year-round for you.

Skiing in the middle of the loveliest ski areas in the Alps

Bruck and Fusch are very close to the ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun. Our free ski buses take you direct to the cable cars. Our ski regions are barely surpassed by the versatility they offer in the winter. Everything is available, from leisurely pistes for beginners, to snow parks and black pistes for experts. Experience a huge amount of ski fun, sun yourself on one of the many Alpine inn terraces and celebrate with some après-ski. It is not just a spectacular panorama to the surrounding three-thousand metre mountains in the Hohe Tauern that await. No! The ski areas also stand out thanks to their extremely high level of snow-assuredness. On the Schmittenhöhe, 100% of the pistes have technical snow-making facilities. On the Kitzsteinhorn from autumn right through to spring, perfect ski conditions prevail, primarily thanks to the level of natural snow that falls here. The  Maiskogel is a small ski area with access to the centre of Kaprun. Thanks to the new 3 K-onnection, since 2019 there is a route via the Maiskogel to the Kitzsteinhorn. With Ski Alpin Card you get to enjoy Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn with just one ticket.

Schmittenhöhe Zell am See

The Panorama and Family ski area inspires with a variety of themed slopes suitable for families and a unique panorama, with dreamy views to the mountain town of Zell am See. Winter sports fans are in great hands here. Let off steam in the snow with your family and wedel down the sunny slopes, until hunger tempts you into one of the many Alpine inns. With just one ski pass you get to enjoy the variety-packed offer in Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn, as well as the Maiskogel in Kaprun.
